2. Purpose of this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the personal data of users of the www.delaideelasucces.ro Platform, including ticket buyers and Event attendees.

3. The data we collect

3.1. Data you provide directly

First and last name / company name;
Email address;
Phone number;
Billing address (street, city, county, postal code, country);
Tax ID (for company invoices);
Company information and professional role (for networking);
Communications you send us (email, contact forms).

3.2. Data collected automatically

IP address and browser type;
Pages visited and session duration;
Cookie data (per the Cookie Policy);
Information about the device used.

3.3. Data collected at the Event

Photographs and video recordings (with the consent given at purchase);
Post-event feedback and evaluations.

4. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Order processing and ticket issuance — legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
Issuance of tax invoices — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
Managing access to the Event — legal basis: performance of the contract;
Event-related communication (logistics, changes, information) — legal basis: performance of the contract;
Marketing and promotion (newsletter, communications about future editions) — legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
Use of images for promotional purposes — legal basis: consent;
Improving the Platform — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
Platform security and fraud prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest.

5. Data retention periods

Billing data: 10 years (in accordance with tax and accounting obligations);
Data related to the ticket purchase contract: 3 years from the Event date;
Marketing data (newsletter): until consent is withdrawn;
Image / video data: 5 years or until consent is withdrawn;
Technical data / logs: maximum 12 months.

6. Data recipients

Your data may be transmitted to:

NETOPIA Payments S.A. — payment processor, solely for completing transactions;
Email service providers (e.g. Mailchimp, MailerLite, etc.) — solely for communication;
Ticketing service providers;
Photo / video providers — for the purpose of producing materials, under confidentiality clauses;
Public authorities — solely upon express legal request.

We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

7. Data transfers outside the EU

In principle, data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area. If providers outside the EEA are used, we ensure that transfers are protected by appropriate mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other adequate safeguards).

9. Data security

11. Changes

This Policy may be updated periodically. The updated version will be published on the Platform with an indication of the modification date. Continued use of the Platform after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
