Accessibility Statement
Our digital accessibility commitment, per Law 232/2022 (European Accessibility Act).
1. Our commitment
PRT CONCEPT S.R.L. aims for the www.delaideelasucces.ro Platform to be accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of the technology used or any disabilities. We work continuously to improve the experience for all users.
2. Conformance standard
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities (visual, hearing, motor, cognitive).
3. Measures implemented
- Full keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator;
- Semantic structure (headings, lists, landmarks) and labels for form fields;
- Alternative text for relevant images;
- Sufficient contrast between text and background;
- ARIA attributes and live regions where needed;
- Respect for the "reduced motion" preference for animations;
- Dialogs and menus with correct focus management.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may still have limitations — for example content loaded from third-party providers (the payment processor, maps, embedded media) or content edited over time. We address these as we identify them.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Platform, please let us know at contact@delaideelasucces.ro, describing the issue and the page on which it appeared. We will try to provide a solution or an alternative as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled an accessibility report, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro).
